He is very involved with the day to day activities of the business and personally conducts all site inspections and develops all quotations.

Operations Manager


Heather has more than 2 decades crane industry experience and oversees all operational aspects of the business. She manages the end to end service requirements for all projects with a high level of skills and professionalism, including the development of project-specific SWMS, lift plans and lift studies using Liccon intelligent technology, and Kranxpert and 3D Liftplanner software solutions. Heather is the key contact for our clients for all service requests.
